What will our working environments of tomorrow look like? Against the backdrop of the current challenges, this question is once again being asked in a completely new way. Even before the radical reorganisation of our working lives, the topic of New Work promised to be a new perspective on the future of work in our increasingly networked and complex world. This is now all the more true. Between work-life balance, flexwork and working from home, the boundaries between work and life are blurring. We no longer work in order to live, and we no longer live in order to work. You could almost say: WE DON'T WORK.
With each edition of the workshop series, we want to shed light on different facets of the term New Work and thus explore a kaleidoscope of socially relevant topics. Under headlines such as "WE DON'T WORK WE CARE", "WE DONT WORK WE EAT" or "WE DON'T WORK WE SLEEP", experts will share their expertise on selected topics such as social leadership, sustainable eating or healthy sleep. For a joint transfer of knowledge, the insights gained will be directly experienced by each individual through practical applications. In addition to social change, we want to explore new visions of the social aspects of our future work cultures.
With the question "How will we work in the future?", we not only want to talk about work itself, but also open up the space for the question "How will we live in the future?".
